NSNC ANNOUNCES 2003 COLUMNIST CONTEST WINNERS AND KICKS OFF 2004 COMPETITION
The National Society of Newspaper Columnists announced its 2003 columnist contest winners and is kicking off its 2004 competition. There are three categories. One category is for general interest and humor columns in two circulation groups -- newspapers above 100,000, and under 100,000. The second category is for notes/items columns in newspapers of any circulation. The third category is for online columns.
